Awarded PIP

Hi, can anyone advise me as to whether your employer has to give you backpay when you've been awarded a PIP. I used all my sick leave entitlement in 2023 and consequently had statutory sick pay for August and September. My PIP has been back dated to June so should my employer give me my full salary for August and September?

Being awarded PIP will have nothing to do with your employer so unfortunately they will not owe you any money because of this.
