Feeling really let down by my cpn, left me feeling alone and not listened too

    No support from family, as they dont know what happened to me, I see my cpn every 2 weeks, but she expects me to put aside trauma I experienced, how?

    Welcome to the community! I am so sorry you have been feeling so low. Have you thought about asking your GP for further support with the CPN? See if they can get you more sessions?
