Hello @Giota, welcome to the community :)

Sorry to hear you're struggling to work on your employment tribunal case. I'll pop your post over to our work and employment section where hopefully more members can see it and offer some helpful advice.

Have you had any contact with ACAS before? They offer advice about employment law that you might find useful.

What areas are you struggling with the most?

Sure, is it a disability discrimination case? Are you still employed? Maybe first categorise your issues into the different types of discrimination ie indirect/direct/harassment and then in date order list what happened to you and what evidence you had for this. Try to determine the last discriminatory act date namely the last time they discriminated against you as this is important? If there are other occasions these will be back dated claims which you will need to request to the court and explain on ET1 that they are supporting as a continuous act as there is a 3 month limit. Have you triggered acas? Are you in a union? If you are in a union ask the rep to submit to the regional for legal advice to determine if they will represent you, they will only represent if they think they will win. Representing yourself is a lot to take on but the court will make allowances for that. If you represent yourself you can familiarise yourself with the final hearing when you attend but the et1 is a very important document and the preliminary hearing that follows, so perhaps get help with this from Valla at a small cost. What stage are you at?
