Hi, I’m looking into starting permitted work however I don’t have any kind of support worker and on the form it says your professional support worker must fill in this section?

Hi @libbyh unless you have a support worker, you only need to fill in pages 3 and 4. Page 5 is for people with support workers.1

Those forms are quite old now and that part is more to do with supported permitted work, so you can ignore that question.

Hi thanks for your reply 😊 do I have to let housing benefit, council tax support and tax credit know if I start permitted work?0

No, only ESA. Earnings from permitted work will not affect any of your benefits. You must make sure it's less than 16 hours you're working and not earn anymore than £167/week.
