My therapist and what she said and how I feel - relation to ESA

I’m working with a therapist with regards to NEAD & mental health and she said that I can go back to my job working nights in a supermarket but yet in the same breath wants me to have an inpatient stay due to suicidal thoughts.
Talk about conflicting messages. How am I meant to work when she’s making a suggestion of being sectioned?
Plus I have issues with pain, extreme anxiety around leaving the house and depression.
What do I do?
What do I do?

Hi @bluefox. That does sound like some confusing messages. Have you got another session booked in soon? Perhaps you could ask her what she meant next time you speak to her.
Do you have any supportive friends or family that you could chat things through with in the meantime?
