in Start here and say hello!
Hello is there anybody there 😏I've recently been diagnosed with a tandem spinal stenosis and was hoping to maybe chat with poor others in similar nightmare.

    We have lots of members and I'm sure some of them are familiar with spinal stenosis. I hope you'll find the community a place of friendship and support :)

    hello All saints. I too have spinal stenosis, very painful and so unpredictable ...I find swimming and aqua/hydro helps alot
