Hi, i have Spastic Hemiplegia Cerebral Palsy and have started to get pain in my back and neck for around 4 months. i was wondering if this is related to CP or potentially something else?

Hi @MattLeeds
The muscle tightness we experience due to our spasticity and the way we move can cause neck and back pain, especially for people with hemiplegia.
Stretching and physiotherapy can help alleviate the pain and tightness.
Our partners, Bobath are running a Zoom event to discuss this. You will be sent a recording if you register for the event but can't attend on the day.
