ES50 FORM

in Employment & Support Allowance (ESA)
Finally sent the ES50 form back this week after receiving it 3 week late due to Christmas.  It was up tomorrow 13th
How long do you have to wait to hear back. Do you always have to have a interview?, sent lots of medical evidence to them.

    I sent it by special delivery so it shows they receive it

    As the WCA form is returned straight to the health assessment providers then it doesn't usually have to go through the same mail sorting process as mail going to DWP so they do usually receive it quite quickly.

    I'm sorry but i have no idea how long you'll need to wait, that will depend on backlogs.

    Mine went to the one in Birkenhead
