Finally sent the ES50 form back this week after receiving it 3 week late due to Christmas.  It was up tomorrow 13th
How long do you have to wait to hear back. Do you always have to have a interview?, sent lots of medical evidence to them.

It will as most things like this take as long as it takes depends how busy they are in your area, most will have an assessment probably by phone, I would call them next week make sure they have received it in time.

As the WCA form is returned straight to the health assessment providers then it doesn't usually have to go through the same mail sorting process as mail going to DWP so they do usually receive it quite quickly.

I'm sorry but i have no idea how long you'll need to wait, that will depend on backlogs.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
