PIP reviews are currently taking an extremely long time. Some are still waiting a year after returning their form.First time claims are quicker and potentially up to about 6 months from ringing to start a claim.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I had already been medically assessed 8 weeks before for LWCRA and deemed unfit for work by DWP would this evidence be viable for my PIP claim also?

This is a first time claim

The evidence you send for your PIP should be relevant to exactly how your conditions affect you.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. LCWRA and PIP are two completely different unconnected benefits, you can work full time and claim PIP.
renewals are taking unto 12 months from start to finish, new claims tend to be faster.
