I was with Sky, it's silly money what they charge, I was going to go back to them for broadband, as with talk talk now, but as thats ended after putting their prices up, I'm having Vodafone broadband instead 😊

Granddaughter still bit poorly.
Disappointed with footy result, but we tried I guess. It's raining so I guess heaven is upset too 😂
Need to phone about car, going to give them before lunch, as time is ticking!
Anyway, hope you all have a nice Monday, not long till the School holidays now, ours break up this Friday! yikes!

I’m really sorry if I missed anyone when I was writing all the tags 😅
I had a nice lunch yesterday with my family. I have lost 7 stone now as I’ve gone from 22 stone to 15 in 9 months, so I’m slowing down with the weight loss and I decided I could afford to treat myself to a pudding which was nice 😂 I had ginger ice cream. I also only had 1 beer because I was going to go for a drive later that evening while the Euros final was on … the roads were deserted so it was fun
I hope everyone has a nice day today and aren’t too upset about the football result!?? It sounded like an exciting game even though England ended up losing … we were driving through the town just after the end of the game and there was no trouble which was nice, but there was a large group of police officers … I asked my Dad (who was in the police) if there is a collective word for a group of police officers, he said a "confusion", I wonder just for fun if anyone can come up with a better word??? 🤣

Have you tried crystallised ginger?
I'd never tried it until recently as I was told it's just like super strong ginger and it's overpowering, but when I make ginger cordial I always put too much in because I enjoy the fieriness, and I ended up loving it!

@66Mustang Glad your feeling better today, was worried about you yesterday. Don't listen to people trying to put you down, you are a great guy and have lots of potential. Keep your chin up. also my group name for a bunch of police officers is "Big Nope" as i'll be hurrying the opposite way.
@Amberpearl Thats a big rise, I have sky but I do it on a 30day rolling contract so can cancel anytime. But also I have heard that getting a fire stick from amazon is just as good as sky and is cheaper. Hope you get it sorted.
@Nicebrit Sorry your granddaughter is still unwell, fingers crossed she starts to feel better soon. Hope you hear something about your new car too.

To anyone I might of missed hope you all have a good day whatever your plans are. I have therapy later with my psychologist and need to do some shopping around lunch. Looks bright and sunny outside at the moment though.

Good morning, thank you 😊 Little one has lost her voice, docs I think. Phoned about car, still no sign, but said once system has been updated he'll have better idea. Will be like Xmas when it does arrive 😊

My Nan was a big fan of crystallised ginger @66Mustang,so I was very young when I first tried it.
I love a silly amount of ginger in a stir fry too.
