    I've got yesterday's washing back on the line,there's not a breath of wind though so I doubt it'll dry.

    hi everyone not doing great here was awake for hours last night. can’t do yoga anymore but I am trying chair yoga seeing as I can no longer use my leg. I am down about the fact I can’t do much anymore will have to get a cleaner place is a mess. I can’t get back to driving yet so we are stuck in doors I am carer for my husband. We never get out except fro a 10 min walk most days unless it’s raining. I feel very moany today. Sorry! Thanks for listening. Have a good day everyone 😊

    hey everyone, I just spent the afternoon with my nan and met up with her for lunch, my health has been very up and down the past few days.

    I hope your all having a good day, the weather is nice today but its gone really chilly outside, feels like winter already.

    it sounds like a swollen lymph node in that location.
