    @noman your name for us made me chuckle. 

    @Beaver79 going to the hairdressers is such a treat and a good pick me up. I have started getting the odd wash and blow dry. I'm naturally like curly Sue and can never get my hair straight. It lasts for days when they do it.

    Afternoon Scopicles! I hardly slept again but maybe tonight 🤞

    If I had one wish today it would be to make pain disappear for you all. Its good though to have people going through the same thing to talk to.

    I guess we all have days like this. I try not to let it get to me, but it is getting harder and harder.  

    Sending out thoughts and wishes to everyone out there thst is struggling today.  Just to let you know that people are thinking of you and send you love and hugs.  There is no need to reply just to let you know that you are not alone.
