Well done @Amberpearl, I bet you're relieved that's done, hope you're ok.

Lovely day spent in the garden, very sunny and quite warm with dogs sunbathing and playing in their tunnel ๐๐ .

That's a shame @Catherine21. Hopefully her replacement will be just as nice but I'm sure it'll take a little while to build up the trust again. Will you get to see her again before she goes?

awful day but this seems to be the norm now. So exhausted now and going to try and get some sleep . Hoping tomorrow will be little better but doubt it!

Sorry to hear that @Catherine21, she sounds really special. Hope you're doing okay.

my relationship with mental health has not been great and when it was great, yes they stop. the sessions simply stopped in my case.. wellโฆ now i am only seen twice a year, three times a year if lucky. that does not really help. but i have tried so many therapies etcโฆ i am giving up on trying. this last psychiatrist is ok. But not enough sessions and i am a fatalist. i am already saying to myself it will not work.
i went out and it was nice.. at least i went out.
anyway good evening and good night everybodyโฆ have a nice night sleep. i hope it is not raining tomorrow..

I had quiet a good day meeting a friend I hadn't seen for a while.
I went to see an Irish band but they weren't very good and drunk people were making a nuisance of themselves so I came home early.
I hope you all manage to have a peaceful night.
Take care.

Good morning.
I slept until 3.30 am which is good for me.
Just taken my morning medication and now try to get a bit more sleep.
I'm having a quiet day in.
I have two nights of soaps to catch up on.
I hope you all manage to have the best day you can.

Took me over a week
Doing bits at a time
I've used 3 extra sheets of paper too
Not enough room on the form to say how I feel
Hope it's ok

I really hope you don't have much longer to wait Amberpearl, for your Review once they've got it, and your heart results. I've been referred back to Cardiology I didn't dare ask how long the waiting list is.
I'm on the waiting list for rheumatology too, that's still 12 months ๐, it was 12 months 8 months ago. They've only got two, apparently covering a population of tens of thousands of people. I don't/try not to dwell on it now as that interferes with the enjoyment I can get from each day. There's only so much we can worry about. Take care.
