    I just got home. I have been out since 10.30. Now time to relax.. and tomorrow again. We have to create workshops and stuff to do this year. So we are meeting every day until Friday.. hopefully we can have it all prepared by Friday.

    It is good what we put in the mental health community .. but at times I feel that many of us are not getting paid. And we put many hours... So yes it is nice we help people. But I feel we should get something.. but it is complicated being in benefits...

    I rang the window man

    Went to voicemail

    I've jyst managed to get to the gp surgery

    Took me 3 times longer

    It's so cold and treacherous under foot

    I walked in the road

    Not much grit down

    Now nurse is running late

    Least surgery is warm, unlike my place

    I hate. This weather

    My knee is throbbing too

    @Amberpearl that window should have been fixed by now. It is very cold.. I hope they will fix it today.

    Anxiety is terrible so I know how you feel . Mine is bad. But I am out...I will keep organising with the group.. thank goodness today is a couple of degrees warmer. But I already feel I can not wait to get home.. and that will be probably after 3 pm...
