    It would defeat the purpose of having a smart meter. Ecotricity can see what i'm using from their offices in Gloucestershire.

    It was a brilliant show last night, only thing that wasn't as good as the original was when the Basil actor was doing the funny walk in the "Germans" episode scene, obviously he wasn't as tall as John Cleese himself and didn't have his long legs so he couldn't do the walk as good.

    I'm really glad you enjoyed it and the celebrations for your special day. John Cleese was definitely a 'one off' though wasn't he (big shoes for anyone to fill!).

    I'm sorry, you sound low Amberpearl. Have you been watching the racing? I think it's the National this week, not that I'm into that. Do you watch that or even have a little flutter?

    Thinking of you. It's hard to feel lonely. Have you heard of RVS who offer a 'befriending' service where they can ring you each week to chat etc. You may not be into that but if you want their number I'll post it here. Take good care.
