    Just got back from a Hospital trip, successful morning on my course doing live filming of "flying" wearing a Shazam costume.

    If you go on YouTube and search for FlyCheese Productions, both the videos were uploaded this morning.

    I was up early to let a gas engineer in to do a safety check.

    Its cold and showers here today.

    I'm going to see a friend later who is disabled and housebound.

    Good morning everyone. Early start this morning at the vets for 8.45am to have Sam's paw checked after the bite and also for him to have his annual booster injection. All fine now.

    Bright and sunny here today so will be a gardening day for me.
