UC is based on your circumstances on the last day of each assessment period. Confused about your question here.
Claim closed last week Tuesday but i still got payment Friday, why? Will i get any payment tomorrow.
If you received your UC payment last Friday then you won't receive another tomorrow. UC is a monthly benefit, unless you receive your payment twice a month but even then you won't receive a payment tomorrow if you received it last Friday.

Yes, you will receive the CoL payment because you were entitled to a payment of UC during the qualifying period.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
