Did you keep a copy of the form before you returned it? You should have.

You will need to ring PIP but it could take up to an hour for them to answer. If they’ve now received it they can reinstate your PIP award.

Just wondering if there’s issues with Royal Mail in your area because last month you posted saying your neighbour received a letter saying their PIP had also stopped.

You will need to ring them because they are the only ones that can tell you. Sometimes when a PIP award stops you may end up owing them a small amount of money.

If they’ve now received your form then your award will be reinstated so you won’t owe them anything.

The letter says we can no longer award you personal independence payment and it will end on the 14th Jan this is because we asked you to full in a review and they didn't recieve it on time and unfortunately we have paid you too much money you will get a letter from us shortly about this and to let you know if you need to pay any money back  it says if I disagree I can ask them to look at this again and have 1 month from 15th Jan I just don't know what the money is I owe them

Hi @peachypie, I'm sorry to hear your forms went missing. As Poppy has said, you'll need to call the DWP about this as only they will have the answers you're looking for. But you can explain you'd sent the forms off and hopefully you can come to some sort of agreement.

Did you keep copies of the form that you sent them? If so then you can just copy that and send it back to them. You do not need to send it recorded delivery. Just go to your local post office and ask for free certificate of posting. This will prove that you sent it and is all that you need.

Recorded/next day delivery doesn't prove they've received it. All it does is prove that it's been received and signed for by someone from Royal Mail.

If you don't receive another form in the next couple of weeks then you'll need to ring them again. They may even receive your first form by then. When did you send it to them?

I sent my review on the 2st or 22nd December but in a post box they say its not arrived it could still turn up I've also been told if it arrives late and they have it they can do the same so they know that we will ring them
