Which boxes are ticked? You would expect to see ticks or dots in boxes for the activities/descriptors. For example A would recommend zero points for the activity, B would be either 1 or 2 points, C could be 2,3 or 4 points depending on which activity it's for.You can add up any potential recommended points by using the PIP self test here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/pip-test-form Just transfer the ticks/dots from the report into the self test.

Hi there @nmb and welcome to the community.
I can see Poppy is poised to offer you some support, but I wanted to stop in and say hi.

She has ticked boxes saying i can do things i can't do0

Impossible to advise without knowing which descriptors and how your conditions affect you. You will need to wait for the decision before you can request the MR.

Yes I just needed to no if I could talk to a case manager about this before they make a decision0

You can ring the helpline to ask if they can put a note on the system to ask if a decision maker can ring you. There's no guarantee they will but worth a try.

In the report it will give information about what you said. Then underneath each PIP activity it will give the justification for why that box was ticked, which will be their opinion based on everything you wrote in the form, an additional evidence you sent and what you said during the assessment.Even though you said you can't complete an activity, it doesn't mean you'll definitely score points. It will depend on the reasons why you can't complete it.0
