First thanks for the info on this forum, its been helpful and supportive, progress report for anyone that finds it helpful. I survive with dyslexia, dysarithmia, brain damages, spinal lumbar compression fractures, incontinence, chronic pain , peripheral neuropathy, chronic anxiety and depression.
HOW DOES....questionnaire Oct 2021,
Spinal column shrank, was told by DWP To inform at assessment the worsened pain and soiling.
ASSESSMENT (phone) may 23,
Nil points, was decided I walk or cycle the 3 to 4 miles to my GPs daily? Who does that,
MANDATORY RECONSIDERATION nil points,
Evidence ignored.
Was made by family and professionals that by appearing at Tribunal with learning disabilities and brain damage would undermine my case, I felt confusion between Illiteracy and Dyslexia, TBI and Permanent Vegative Syndrome,
TRIBUNAL late 23- adjournment as representative didn't appear, at last minute,
TRIBUNAL in Jan 24 Medical Evidence studied up until page 385 by Tribunal, Rep from PIP/DWP present, Judge asked if they saw any reason for superseding, they said no, agreed the assessment was unfair representation.
Result
Enhanced Both backdated.
Still waiting, have informed ESA regarding premiums, and called PIP myself to answer the questions the case manager would ask(this was what the PIP said on phone.)
Any ideas when I'm get paid, still in limbo, different limbo but still.
Hope this encourages others.

Hi @samesong, thank you so much for letting us know your journey. I'm glad you finally got what you're entitled to!
I'm afraid I couldn't say about any ideas. Is there anything you have wanted recently to treat yourself with?0 -
I meant time frame, but I've budgeted for debts, human an corporate, the things I wish I'd got whilst entitled, then maybe Scotland.0

Government sick!!! Let's hope tories booted out0

It can take up to about 8 weeks to receive what is owed and to put your award into payment after a Tribunal win. For the ESA premiums then you need to wait for the PIP award to be put into payment.0

Damn this limbo, I've been surviving on food banks with no cooker, the LWP request got turned down, wonder if they know something I don't, I know it's a cliche but they are so quick to take... no crisis loan for vet stuff either. I wait.0

Now I've started worrying about appeals...0

They can’t just appeal a Tribunal decision because they disagree. They do have the same chance we do to this but first they need to request the Statement of Reasons and record of proceedings within 1 month of the date of the decision.Once they receive those they need to find the error in law before they can proceed any further.
They sometimes request them but rarely appeal it. If they request them they will Inform you.
I note you’ve only just had the Tribunal decision too so it’s not unusual to be waiting a few weeks at least for any money owed but can be up to 8.0 -
Thanks.0
