Accessibility travel in Czech Republic?

I recently read about an initiative in South Moravia, Czechia where individuals with mobility impairments provided direct feedback on accessibility to help local destinations improve inclusion https://brnodaily.com/2023/10/10/news/south-moravia-turns-to-wheelchair-users-to-test-accessibility-in-tourist-sites/
It seems Prague also strives for wheelchair access, according to a guide on accessible attractions. This website outlines the public transit system as partially accessible and user-friendly https://wheelchairtravel.org/prague/attractions/
Has anyone visited Prague or other cities in Czechia that could share their experiences navigating the destinations? I aim to plan a trip there with my father-in-law, who uses a wheelchair, but want to better understand what to expect for accessibility before committing to specific arrangements. Any first-hand accounts would be appreciated.

Thanks so much for sharing your insights on accessible attractions in Prague! I was starting to worry I wouldn't get any replies. Your suggestion about a local guide familiar with wheelchair accessibility sounds invaluable. It also makes sense to consider visiting during the less crowded season, like spring (March-May). Out of curiosity, @RealTalk, which month did you visit Prague?

Thank you once more for your assistance, @Realtalk. As I searched for guides in the area, I came across [Link removed by moderator - advertising] They allowed me to choose a guide, look at the available tours, and explain about my father-in-law's need for wheelchair access. The guide can customize the entire tour to visit only locations that are wheelchair-friendly. We can have a good time on our trip without any hassle.

@Community_Scope Thank you for the reminder regarding community house rules. My intent was never to advertise any tour company; rather, it simply revolved around sharing some useful resources that had aided me in planning our visit to Czechia. Would you permit me--without any offense taken on your part—to reference certain websites providing general information as well as travel tips directed towards those intrigued by Czechia? https://www.visitczechia.com/en-us/destinations/prague suggests some of Prague's premier attractions: the Astronomical Clock; The Jewish Quarter - an emblem of historical significance, rich with synagogues and cemeteries; iconic Charles Bridge spanning Vltava River; majestic St. Nicholas Church located in Lesser Town (Malá Strana district), Petřín Hill offering panoramic views over the cityscape—and last but not least—the grandeur that is Prague Castle itself. Further insight into weather conditions, transportation options, cultural nuances, safety precautions as well as culinary experiences and local beverages unique to Czechia are provided at this additional source: https://gowithguide.com/blog/tourism-in-czech-republic-statistics-2023-the-ultimate-guide-5565. Hopefully, these resources will aid all potential visitors in their plans for exploring this enchanting country.
