over a few yrs I was suffering with disabling symptoms and as a result I had to give up work, I got all the test and I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder as well as FND(Functional Neurological Disorder) i was glad to get a diagnosis of what it was but I can't do much for myself now and left with absolutely no help or support.
I was told to apply for pip and I am still fighting 18 months later as when DWP were dealing with the information they missed out more medical info.
When this finally came to the appeal they still used out of date info and never brought the medical facts that I sent to the appeal, so I was total refused pip because no evidence to back up my claim which I cannot understand as the court had the medical facts in front of them, even my Dr, Neurologist, Physio, Mental Health person cannot understand, so I made a complaint to court where the appeal was scrapped.
So I have a new appeal coming up in Feb 2024 and I am severely stressed about what is coming next, dread to think.
I spoke with a DWP woman on the phone before the appeal last yr and she had written down in her comment that I sounded energetic and could here me scratching my head and no signs of stress so all seemed ok I honestly didn't know to laugh or cry, my Dr was shocked.

Hi there @Andrew666 and welcome from me too!
Thank you for sharing your journey with us, unfortunately the DWP aren't known for their caring touch and often clutch at straws with their notes (I was told because I could use Facebook, I was totally fine), but I really hope the appeal will be a lot different this time. Do you have information to take with you into the tribunal?0
