LCWRA payment

Hello,
I'm new to this and quite confused. I submitted my first fit note on the 12th October. I received a LCWRA decision on the 8th January. My assessment periods run from the 14th to the 13th. I got my January UC statement but there was nothing about the LCWRA component, just wondering if this will be in February's statement. Thank you for your help :-)

Hi there @tulsamarney and welcome to the community.
I can understand the confusion, so don't worry there.
Were all fit notes handed in without any breaks?0 -
Hi @Albus_Scope 🙂 Thank you for your welcome and reply!
Yes, everything was handed in without any breaks.0 -
Hi @tulsamarney - from what you've said, then there's a 3 full month waiting period (Oct -Nov, Nov -Dec & Dec -Jan ) before the extra LCWRA element is payable. This is therefore due from your assessment period 14 Jan - 13 Feb, but, as this is paid in arrears, then you're first payment of the LCWRA element will be on 20 Feb. However this LCWRA element is only payable if you're not living with a partner that already claims this. Hope that helps.

Hi @chiarieds thank you very much 🙂
I don't live with anyone claiming benefits so I'll wait for my statement on the 16th of Feb and then payment.1
