I am on UC  (LCWRA) and Pip (enhanced for both elements), I have my daughter living with me and my mum and dad want to come and stay with us for a while to help look after me as I am bed bound. Would I have any deductions from my UC including housing element due to this, and how long can they stay before being classed as living here? They own their own home and would have most of their belongings still there.

As your PIP includes the daily living part there will be no none dependant deductions from your UC. As they have their own home they can stay as long as they want to and it won't affect your benefits.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
