Backwards day fun with palindromes

So today is 'Backwards day' which is encouraging us to do things oppositely. It's a time to take a look at our actions to see how reversing them can be effective and fun at the same time.
BUT, because I like to be different, I thought we could have some fun with palindromes, which are words or sayings that are spelled the same way forwards and backwards.
Three of my favorites are;
Taco cat
Madam
Racecar (Racecar is Racecar backwards is one of my favorite albums)
Let's see how many we can think of? Over to you Scope fam!

I like UFO tofu! Extra-terrestrial bean curd.
And apparently it's only fictional and not recognised as a real term, but some people have named the irrational fear of palindromes Aibohphobia. Which is, you guessed it, a palindrome1 -
