It's perfectly normal because of the backlogs with review decisions. Your current award will continue until a decision is made on the review. Most people have assessments so you should expect one of those.0

And what is the procedure for the review that I have had and was told that after being on enhanced for 2yrs and now after my assessment for pip I am being downgraded to standard because I can read fiction and yes I did say because I can read fiction I'm not an idiot but this is really baffling. I have quite bad long term health issues such as COPD and Diabetes but that doesn't seem to matter now bcos I can read, I've been told on Friday when I called to find out why I wasn't paid my pip payment by a assessment manager and these are just two of 8 health conditions I've got but none of them matter now that they've found out I can read fiction please can someone please explain this to me.?1

@longshanks activity 8 is reading and understanding signs, symbols and words. There’s no other descriptors that are related to reading. When you filled out the forms did you treat it as a new claim and not just put no change, even if there were no changes?
