in Start here and say hello!
Hi, I suffer from lumbar spinal stenosis and I would like to join a support group.  I now have a small cyst on my spine and have been diagnosed with upper motor neurone.  I am due to have surgery on my spine but still waiting for a date but I need a support group as I am not getting any support from my family.

    Hello @gregorykathleen64! Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you're not getting much support from your family. I hope we can offer some support and friendship here :) 

    Our coffee lounge can be a great place to get to know people, especially our 'How's your day going?' discussion. There's also the games room if you like that sort of thing. But just have a browse and get involved wherever you fancy.
