Thanks for getting back to me The help i need is very complex and to do With the DWP Asking for an overpayment of SDP them stateing that i had faild to inform them some one had moved in with me this being Not true as I Had an intervew under causion and it was stated to them in 2010 that my carer had moved in The was taking me fore Mantaing a comen house hold with my ex proved this was not the case and i won in 2012 I Claimed A A In 2015 and his name was on the form pluss my address but as you might know there is anouther part that askes is anyone else living with you You do not need to put any one that Has the use of a bathroom and toilet [This being the case ] all this is in a tribunal st this time i am just whaiting for a date
