PIP Evidence question

Hey folks, I'm filling my forms in on Thursday at CAB, And I just wondered if my evidence would be good enough, Its from my autism diagnosis in 2007, when I was in high school, its of a therapist saying how I behaved etc, Its the closest thing to evidence I could find. And I was lucky to even find that! And I'm also applying due to IBS, Anxiety and depression. I suffer from Acid reflux due to my anxiety, so my partner recommended I put down my Buscopan and Omperezhole, can't spell it...on the meds list, Should I? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Autistic29, welcome to the community. Sometimes PIP evidence can be helpful to back things up, but usually a lot of the focus is on how your conditions affect you in your every day life.
If you can give detailed real life examples for each descriptor about how your conditions affect you, that's often a good chunk of what they're looking for. You can list any medications that you take to manage your conditions whether you buy them over-the-counter or have them prescribed by a doctor.
I am by no means a PIP expert but we have some brilliant members who know a lot about the process, so I'm sure they'll be along soon to offer their thoughts tooRosie (she/her)

Thank you Rosie, I was worried if they weren't prescribed, They wouldn't count. That's a relief. Yeah if anyone wants to help me more, I'm all ears
