I am new to the site and have been told it’s helpful with great advice and look forward to getting valuable information and sharing my concerns with you guys as I am having a hard time at the moment with my employers.

Sorry to hear about issues with your employer. My partner went through several issues with her employer last year, I know the stress it can cause.
