Loads of short educational courses on here, last about 30 mins online. Builds your skills like being a valuable asset in teamwork, communication skills, how to deal with difficult people in the workplace, identifying different colleague personalities and how you can create a good working relationship with that person. Little mulitple choice tests after each short module then a final multiple choice test with 10 questions. Pass rate generally 70%. Cramming loads of courses in when I feel well enough then you can download certificate of completion/achievement at the end. Will unsubscribe before the months up so its free!
After being out of work for so long due to poor mental health it's really good practice to get an idea of today's work environment before you prepare to volunteer or get work when your well enough.

I'm glad to hear you are finding some great ways to build on your skills. I didn't know if you knew, Scope has their own Employment Services, if you live in England or Wales, it is worth looking at the support there Everything from CV building and interview skills to support once in a new job!
