Hi everyone

I have had a text today saying I have been awarded pip I’m just wondering if there is anyway I can find out my award before I receive the letter?

I saw there was a automated phone line to ring and it would tell you your next payment but when I ring the number it doesn’t give me this option

thank you in advance 😊

The only way to know is either ring them to ask or wait for the award letter.

The automated payment line doesn’t always give correct information.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

It used to be option 6 for the helpline but that’s changed now. When you ring PIP they will just automatically tell you what your next payment is but as I advised it’s not always correct. Especially if there’s a new award.

Payment often goes into bank before letter arrives

Heya @Mls0708 I can see you've already had your question answered, but I just wanted to stop in and say congrats on your award!
