Hi all , me again ...
This might be a really silly question so, apologies in advance. I had my Telephone Pip Assesment two weeks ago as of yesterday . Today I recieved a txt message from DWP to say they hadn't made their decision yet . Is this normal to recieve these messages ? Why don't they just message when they've made their decision , save time etc. I'm aware it's just an automated txt and not actually a real person texting, I'm guessing it's just to put people off ringing asking for an update on their claim ?Â

Hi @Trent1996! Yes it's perfectly normal to get those texts, it's just to make sure we know we've not been forgotten about after long waits.0
