im new to.joining this group.. 
my have back and leg health problems and becoming so bad i cant even cope any more .. so frustrated so painful ..
dont even know where to turn to . as fighting with the NHS for years with my condition ive jus been left in pain..

I'm so sorry to hear your back and leg pains are so painful. I understand how hard that can be physically and mentally. 
Can I ask if you're receiving any support for pain management currently? Has your GP not been able to offer any advice?

Welcome to the community! I am so sorry to hear you have been feeling so unwell and low. I see Albus has asked if you have support or spoken to your GP. I was wondering, if it is ok to ask, have you ever been referred to the NHS pain clinic? They specialise in different programmes to help you get the pain as under control as possible and help you manage it. 

We have many members hear with different health issues, including with their backs and legs. I hope you can find some support here and make some friends
