Hello am on UC I get £368 standard allowance and I also get £390 for limited capability for work related activity.
My question is is there a way to get my award letter?
I’ve been on it for years but I never got any letters or anything.
Now I need my award letter showing both the components I get, is that possible ?
Where do I call if so what number ?
Please can someone help

If you have access to a journal you will not receive paper letters in the post. All letters are uploaded onto your journal. The decision letter for your work capability assessment is called UCD81.
For the amounts you're entitled to, you can see those on your monthly statements which are also on your journal. What you need to do is log in and then click "home" from there, look down the list and click "payments" by clicking on the dates it will take you to your statement for that assessment period. You can then print them off, if you have printer.

Ok thankyou poppy if I print this off will it count as my award letter ?Like I can show that as what benefit etc am receiving0

Yes, print it off because it shows how much UC you're entitled to. UC entitlement is based on your circumstances on the last day of each assessment period and the statements each month will show that.1
