Cars with driver side hand grabs?

Hi all, I’m looking for a new (used) car for my disabled mum - she has said she needs a driver side grab handle and I’ve really struggled to find cars with one. 

I can’t find a list anywhere either so wondering if this community could help?

Looking at hatchbacks - polo/fiesta/ceed sizes. 

She currently has a 2004 polo, which has such a grabhandle but it’s on its last legs. I enquired about getting one installed on my Nissan Note and the garage said they couldn’t because there’s an airbag where the grab handle would go. I guess this may explain why so many cars don’t have one..
