thought it was a shorter form

The reason I’ve asked is because my MP sent me a sample form. Which is completely different and much shorter so no other reason at all

the only time you have a light touch review is if you have an ongoing award.
a ten year award means it ends at 10 yrs. I.E. there’s been a set time on your award so you will recieve the original form but then because you have reached state pension age tgat will become indefinite assuming there’s no change of circumstances. I’ve been advised of this from an assessor. Hope it helps1 -
im assuming they sent you original form

because you said you had a ten year award. Which meant it was ending if they sent you original form

not if your award specifies ten year which means it’s up. If it was indefinite it’s a light touch review form.
DLA and pip are different and clearly you say you have been given a ten year award when you changed over.
But what will happen because you are pension age the next award becomes indefinite.0 -
I didnt have a ten year award. I had a three year one that expired just after i received state pension.
