Hi. I've recently had a phone assessment with pip but received an application renew form in the post the next day. The date of the letter was over a week ago. As I've had the assignment do I still need to fill it in? Any ideas welcome!

You will need to ring PIP in the morning and ask why you received another form. It may have been sent in error. I'm afraid I can only guess why they've sent it.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

My pip reward runs out in April. That's why they sent me it but since then I've had a phonecall assessment.

As you've already had an assessment you should have already filled in the review form. The form will usually come before the assessment.

No I haven't. I rung up asking where is my form, they then put it in the post but in the meantime I got a text I am to have a phonecall assessment which I've just had. But due to the post I've only just received the form. Do I still need to do that as I've already had 2 hours assessment on phone.?

Are you 100% sure the assessment you had was for PIP? Which assessment providers did it please? It's unusual to have the assessment before receiving the form.

Just to let people know that even though I was sent a form the assessment of pip over the phone was enough. I didn't have to fill it in.
