My husband’s ESA has not gone in he gets his ESA payment every 2 weeks on Wednesdays, it should’ve gone in today (28/02/2024) it has been happening once a year usually February or March when mine & husband’s ESA benefits don’t go in on time. We think it might be due to our benefits go up in April? They usually don’t inform us? Can I ask is it worth ringing DWP for them to sort it? Or will the payment go in during the day without ringing them?

Thanks

It won't be anything to do with the annual uprating, that doesn't happen until April. You posted at 1.23am so it may have gone in by now, payments in my bank do not go in until after 2.30am.

If It hasn't gone in now then he will need to ring them.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Hello @lisawells1990

Did it go in, or have you had to ring them?
