Can anyone help please?
I currently receive Adult Disability Payment and have just been told a couple of days ago that I'm also entitled to LCWRA with my Universal Credit.
Question is, have I to contact DWP to let them know I'm now in receipt of LCWRA?

Congratulations on being awarded LCWRA. As far as I'm aware, you won't need to tell the DWP as they are two separate benefits focusing on different aspects.

No because they will already know. UC is part of DWP and it’s them that administer your UC payments.
