Hi all can someone advise me if I can get attendance allowance with my industrial injuries benefit I am below pension age

Attendance Allowance is for those of State pension age and above. As you're under that age then it would be PIP you claim, assuming you're not living in Scotland.
Looking back at your previous thread I see you were refused PIP recently. Did you request the Tribunal for that?0 -
Yes I did after taking your advice about concentrating on all the activities & not being annoyed about the hcp,s blatant untruths & was awarded high daily living & low mobility after receiving a phone call without going to tribunal & since then have been awarded high mobility after a change of circumstances due to failing health problems. as I am here poppy is a change of circumstances backdated to when I made the phone call thank you0
