Esa reassessment ?

Hello,
Haven't been here in a while, but need a bit of info if possible.
Recieved my esa wca form,it was pretty much expected as I'm at the end of three years since previous one, returned it 7 weeks ago.
Of course I'm terrified and watching the post.
I included new evidence of some of my health conditions and how I'm waiting on appointments for four different hospital departments. One for MH issues and the others for physical problems. All longstanding. They've just got worse over time.
I've had 9 wca over the past number of years with the last four being paper based.
My questions are these:
Will new evidence for pre existing conditions trigger a f2f or phone call etc or is it impossible to know.
Are my chances in any one else's experience of getting another paper assessment high or low. Judging by fact last four were.
Also ,I have yet to get a confirmation letter stating I was kept in support group since having paper assessments, and wonder why this is.
My other f2f assessments were always followed by a letter.
I only knew for sure after a long lapse in time I was still in SG and nothing had changed, after i plucked up the courage to phone them and ask for assessors report.
I understand its not set in stone timelines for these things, but how long is about an average wait to hear back if I will indeed need a f2f etc.until I get that dreaded assessment letter.
I would be glad for any words of wisdom. Thank you.

There's not really an average waiting time, every claimant is different, depending on backlog in your area and each individual case.
I'm sorry but I can't tell you what your chances of having an assessment are, except most people have them. Paper based assessments are possible as you know but rare.
If an appointment is needed you will be contacted. Hopefully you won't be waking too much longer before you hear something.1 -

Hello,
Today I got my letter to state I'm being kept in support group.
Fifth wca done via paper alone.
To say I am relieved and some of my anxiety has subsided is beyond my expectations. I was physically shaking opening the envelope and had to have a family member read it out to me.
The waking in the night five-six times with it spinning through my head was taking its toll.
It took approximately 9 weeks in all from returning my form and medical evidence to receiving my confirmation letter.
I'm so grateful for now at least it's over.2 -
Hi @Thedogmother (I am LOVING that profile pic) and congratulations on the award, I'm glad it's taken a huge weight off your mind.1

Ha! Thank you,I thought it was rather cool.
I'm so happy to have a good result. I hope more on here are blessed similarly.
Lifes hard enough being constantly unwell.
Thanks again.2
