MR stage but noticed an error

I’m currently filling out a MR because I believe how my condition affects me should have been awarded a higher point.

Also in the decision letter they have said that I said I had difficulty in certain activities but not once have I mentioned them activities so a typo from them but still it should be correct so they need to amend the notes

also as I’ve been referring to definitions I have noticed that another activity potentially should be a higher score, its not a new condition or a new issue I’m facing but will they look into this too if I explain that it isn’t a new condition but believe the score is wrong?

When requesting the MR the whole decision will be looked at again and another decision maker will come to another decision.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
