MR stage but noticed an error

I’m currently filling out a MR because I believe how my condition affects me should have been awarded a higher point.
Also in the decision letter they have said that I said I had difficulty in certain activities but not once have I mentioned them activities so a typo from them but still it should be correct so they need to amend the notes
also as I’ve been referring to definitions I have noticed that another activity potentially should be a higher score, its not a new condition or a new issue I’m facing but will they look into this too if I explain that it isn’t a new condition but believe the score is wrong?

When requesting the MR the whole decision will be looked at again and another decision maker will come to another decision.0

my MR review should be completed by tomorrow so that’s taken from 28th March
I’m not holding my breath though I know the dates given are not very reliable0 -
