Hi I’ve had my universal credit today the out come says appeal is allowed and they say I should get lwcra and it’s up to the Secretary of State too decide the final outcome , does this mean i will get it ?? And they said they recommend I should not be reassessed with 24 months , what happens next ? X

Yes, the decision is LCWRA, that's great news. The recommendation for 24 months before your next review is just a guide and it will be down to UC to decide when your next referral is.
It can take up to 8 weeks to pay what is owed and the same amount of time to put your award into payment.0 -

Hi may I ask you what happened after your wee post? With back dating etc and the time frames if it's not too much hassle.
Thank you
