University Disability Discrimination & Tribunals
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has an experience of taking their university through a tribunal.
I have been left with no choice but to take mine through a formal tribunal now due to very prolific and direct discrimination against my disabilities.
However, the programme I am complaining about has taken the stance of its their way or no way at all and if I don't like it it's tough. This has now reached a point where I am having to appeal their decision and take it through a tribunal.
I feel so incredibly lost and stuck. They're still very actively discriminating against and are trying to force me to return to face to face learning instead of allowing me to complete what I can online and away from the discrimination and they're now say I have to either quit or suspend.
I have masses and masses of evidence that has been submitted to the uni but I just don't know what to do or say next with it.
Thank-you
