Are you #disabled?
Are you #neurodivergent?
Are you looking for work at the moment, or have changed jobs in the last two years?
Can you be available on Thursday 28 March from 1000-1130?
If you are disabled and/or neurodivergent and have current or recent experience of jobseeking, then Business in the Community (BITC) wants to hear from you.
BITC is conducting a research project asking how businesses can support jobseekers who face barriers into employment, and wants to know what you think businesses should be doing to help you.
This Thursday morning BITC is hosting an online focus group for neurodivergent and/or disabled recent jobseekers to discuss topics such as:
*How have you found the job searching experience?
*Have you faced any difficulties in your job search?
*Have you ever been treated unfairly by an employer during your job search or application?
*What kinds of things can businesses do to support jobseekers with similar backgrounds to yours into work?
BITC is particularly keen to hear from disabled or neurodiverse jobseekers from low socio-economic backgrounds.
All participants will receive a £30 Amazon voucher as a thank you for their time.
If you are interested in participating, please fill in this form https://lnkd.in/eiV5xQKt.
