We can't tell you whether you would qualify because we don't know exactly how your conditions affect you. PIP has a daily living part too, which 10 activities, ranging from preparing food, washing, dressing, budgeting, engaging with others, etc etc.
There's some information here that may help.https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/

Hi @sally2024x and welcome to the community.
I can see Poppy has already answered the question, but I wanted to pop in and say hello. We also have lots of PIP information here if you need it.0 -
I said in my post how it affects me. I have dyslexia and get lost on unfamiliar journeys. I can’t find my way. I go the wrong way to my destination, I struggle with left and rights, miss turnings, even with google maps on with location. It’s taken me 7 hours to get from bognor Sussex to home in Oxfordshire, lots of other incidents like this. I get in wrong lanes driving. I get lost in large shopping centres. Can’t find the exits. Get very confused and stressed anxious heart racing sweats, feel sick, can’t remember which way I’ve come in.0

All you can do is apply https://www.gov.uk/pip/how-to-claim
I’m sorry but I can’t tell you for certain whether there’s any entitlement. You can also get some expert advice from an agency near you https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits
