When will I get my first LCWRA payment and am I owed any backdated?

Hi I awarded my LCWRA on 22 march 2024.I provide my first sick note on 7th December 2023 second on 6th January 2024 and third on 1st February 2024 for 12 weeks which will expire on 25th April 2024.My assessment period is from 29 every month and I have paid on 5th every month.I am confused when I will get my first payment and can I get back dated payment.

Your waiting period will be Dec/Jan, Jan/Feb, Feb/March... LCWRA starts from AP 29th March to 28th April and first payment will be 5th May. No LCWRA element is owed.
If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn't previously have the work allowance then you will be owed some money for that.0
