Hello Ive just received a text message from pip saying I will receive a decision letter within 2 weeks, I wasn't asked to go for a assessment does it mean I have been accepted for pip

It doesn't necessarily mean you have been awarded PiP, it means they have come to a decision about your claim. They have done a paper based assessment and your decision letter has been sent out and should arrive within 2 weeks.If you struggle waiting you can phone PiP and they will tell you what the letter says over the phone and what the decision is. I don't think they are open today though and will be busy tomorrow so would recommend phoning wednesday/thursday.All the best.0

Hello rang pip today didn't speak to no-one but the recorded message said I will be paid 107.60 my normal amount does this mean that is what I'm getting im waiting on my decision letter coming through0

It doesn't always give the correct information, it's been known many times to be incorrect. Once you know what the decision is if you're not happy you can request the MR.0
