Waiting for PIP decision

Hi guys, is anyone in the same boat or have you had a similar experience?
I suffer from mental health issues, and this whole process has only made things worse for me. It's the anticipation, I have tried my best to forget about it and not get my hopes up, but it's been difficult.
I've attached all the texts I've received. I had a paper based assessment. I requested my assessment form, and from what I could gather, the nurse suggested the enhanced rate for both mobility and daily.
However at the end of Feb (29th) I got a phone call out of the blue and it was someone from PIP. The lady asked me all the questions that were on the form. I've been even more anxious ever since. It felt like I was having an assessment on the phone but I wasn't told anything about it, it felt like she was challenging my answers that were on the form. After the phone call on the same day I got a text which was exactly the same as the one I had recieved a month before.
Since then I recieved a letter delivered on 12th of March saying they have all the evidence they need to make a decision and haven't heard anything since the 15th of March when the texted to say that they haven't made a decision.
I know I need to be patient but I'm worried about what the outcome is now going to be especially after the phone call I was completely unprepared.

Hi @Henna94 and welcome to the community.
Unfortunately your tale is one we hear quite a lot, the waiting is certainly the worst bit if you're a worrier like me! But it's good they've been texting with updates at least.
It can take some time for everything to trickle down to you, but please try not to worry too much, I understand calls out of the blue from the DWP never help, though it sounds like it was an assessment, so they wanted to check what you'd written on your forms to get a better understanding of your issues with the descriptors. Hopefully you'll get a definitive answer soon!1 -
I have been grateful I've had texts as I know some people haven't even got that! 14 weeks in now since I my claim I really hope it isn't much longer.0
